Level 1 Coaching Preparation Program Details
 
Program Goals
> To mentor learning coaches, barn managers and grooms through their certification in the NCCP
> To develop and improve their teaching and communication skills, both written and oral
> To increase their horsemanship knowledge and understanding of equine psychology and communication

Eligibility
> Anyone eligible for the NCCP certification
> HCBC member

Documentation
> Signed contract with Unicorn Stables Ltd, fees paid in advance (non-refundable)
> Signed Unicorn Stables Ltd waiver
